Mountain Creek Waterpark is proud to be part of the Vernon community. With a focus on safe, high-quality family entertainment, we are dedicated to supporting opportunities for youth and families in our community and beyond. As a result we are involved in a number of programs to enhance and support the goals of certain non-profit organizations, to provide thrilling experiences for individuals who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience our facility, and to support local altruistic efforts. In 2007, Mountain Creek Waterpark donated over $18,000 to various organizations in the tri-state area.

Community Blood Services, Bergen County Regional Blood Center
Since 2006, we’ve partnered with Community Blood Services, Bergen Community Regional Blood Center to support their tri-state area high school blood drives. We donate waterpark trips to the top three donating schools as well as give buy one/get one free vouchers to every high school blood donor. Give Kids the World
Give Kids the World is a non-profit organization that exists solely to fulfill the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. It provides memorable, joyful, cost-free visits to local attractions. Participants are given a "World Passport", which they present at Guest Services. Every year many families take advantage of the Give Kids the World Program at Mountain Creek Waterpark.

Sharing the Thrills

We support many other organizations through our non-profit discount ticket program where by charitable organizations can raise money for their programs by selling our tickets. We provide tickets and donate a portion of the proceeds. Within the local vicinity of our waterpark, we also donate tickets directly to fundraising events. All donation requests must be submitted formally on the organizations letterhead. No emailed requests will be accepted. Please allow a minimum of six weeks for a response. Donation requests from organizations based within 20 miles of the waterpark will be given priority consideration. No phone calls please.
